衛(wèi)香附產(chǎn)于河南滑縣。春、夏、秋三季均可采挖，用火燎去須根及鱗葉，入沸水中片刻，或在蒸籠中蒸透取出曬干，再放入竹籠中撞擦；用竹篩簸凈灰屑及須毛，就成為光香附。如不經(jīng)火燎，曬至七八成干，以石碾去毛皮，稱香附米。干燥根莖多呈紡錘形，有的略彎曲，表面棕褐色或黑褐色，有縱皺紋及數(shù)個(gè)隆起的環(huán)節(jié)，節(jié)上有棕毛狀物及殘留根痕。質(zhì)堅(jiān)硬，經(jīng)蒸煮后，折斷面有光澤，色紫紅；直接曬干的，外皮與中間圓心分層明顯，中心色略深，散布有黑色點(diǎn)狀維管束。具有個(gè)大，色棕褐，質(zhì)堅(jiān)實(shí)，肉厚，香氣濃，藥力大等特點(diǎn)，核居中心，不同于一般偏核香附。所制香附米呈紅黃色，半透明，冰塊狀。具理氣解郁、止痛調(diào)經(jīng)之功效，主治肝胃不和，氣郁不舒，胸脯脅肋脹痛，疝痛，月經(jīng)不調(diào)，痛經(jīng)，乳房脹痛等癥。



    Nutgrass galingale rhizome is produced in Huaxian County in Henan Province which can harvest in spring, summer and autumn. Burn their fibers and leaves, soak them in boiled water or dry them in the sun after being stewed, filter out their dust and tiny hairs then we can get pure finished ones; dry them in the sun to 70% to 80% ripe without burning them, and grind off skins then we can get nutgrass galingale rhizome.
