盧氏黑木耳是指僅產(chǎn)于盧氏當(dāng)?shù)兀瑵M足于盧氏黑木耳國家地理保護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的黑木耳。黑木耳是一種腐生真類菌植物，其營養(yǎng)極為豐富。據(jù)<禮記內(nèi)則>記載和漢學(xué)者鄭玄的注解，以及宋代陳皓的<禮記集說>，都證明黑木耳為上古時(shí)代帝王獨(dú)享之佳品。
      
    黑木耳主要產(chǎn)于盧氏縣，年產(chǎn)15萬至20萬公斤。盧氏黑木耳朵大肥厚、質(zhì)量佳，有"黑牡丹"之稱。在1979年陜西漢中全國黑木耳質(zhì)量評(píng)比會(huì)上名列全國第一，在國際上也久負(fù)盛名，盧氏當(dāng)?shù)乇R氏黑木耳供應(yīng)商盧氏綠之源特產(chǎn)有限公司。民國三年（1914年）在美國舊金山萬國商品賽會(huì)上，曾得過金質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆１R氏木耳從1963年開始收購出口，最高年出口量達(dá)105噸，主要銷往香港、澳門、新加坡、馬來西亞等地。
      
    “盧氏黑木耳”已經(jīng)順利通過國家地理標(biāo)志認(rèn)證評(píng)審。

    Black Wood Ear, with another name of Wood Fungus, is a kind of wood ears, which is called in this way for it looks like human ears and is in black or brown-black color. It can be used to make food as well as medicines. Lushi Black Wood Ears are big, dark-colored, tender, smooth, delicious and inclusion-free. However, this fungus is hard to digest and can help to lubricate intestinal canals, so persons with spleen deficiency, dyspepsia and watery shit must be cautious to use it.
      
    Lushi Black Wood Ears have earned many prizes delaying on their good quality so that they earn a high reputation in the world. For example, in 1917, it won golden medal in San Francisco Universal Commodity Fair; in 1991, it earned another golden medal in Seventh National Spark Plan Products Expo; in 1999, it was evaluated as Chinese Famous Brand Product in Chinese International Agricultural Expo.
