1979年,黃泛區農場果品廠開始生產多種花生制品,其中以魚皮花生發展較快。經過幾年來的技術革新和設備更新改造,現已形成一套完備的加工生產工藝,特別是經過1982—1983年的技術改造,產品質量和生產能力均有較大提高,年生產量達300噸。
魚皮花生是以優質花生米為原料,加添其它輔料,經過篩選,轉爐烘烤,滾制成形,生產中制定有嚴格的質量、技術和內控指標。生產工藝、設備先進。魚皮花生外形逼真,大小均勻。鈣產品供應市場后,深受經銷部門和消費者的好評,一致反映產品香酥可口,后味醇正,食用方便。1984年榮獲河南省旅游產品優秀獎。
