發(fā)現(xiàn)于河南桐柏,1983年被命名為“桐柏大棗”,是極具發(fā)展前景的優(yōu)良品種。
果實(shí)近圓形,平均縱徑5厘米,橫徑4.5厘米,平均單果重46克,最大克。果皮中厚、赭紅,光潔美觀。果個(gè)均勻,核小,肉質(zhì)厚嫩,汁多脆甜,香味濃重,鮮食品質(zhì)極佳。鮮棗含糖量32.3%,可食率97.2%。為特大果鮮食優(yōu)良品種。
果實(shí)9月下旬成熟,果實(shí)發(fā)育期110天左右。適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),生長(zhǎng)期能耐人43℃的高溫酷暑,休眠期能抵御-32℃的低溫嚴(yán)寒。抗旱,抗?jié)常婉け。望}堿,極豐產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)。桐柏大棗產(chǎn)于河南省南陽(yáng)市,是一個(gè)大棗芽變,1983年發(fā)現(xiàn)并定名。該品種個(gè)大核小,肉厚皮薄,色澤鮮紅,脆甜多汁,平均單果重52克,最大單果重89克,鮮果含糖量32.26%,每百克鮮棗含維生素C442.3毫克,含維生素P(路丁)2385毫克,居各種水果之首,同時(shí)還含有豐富的蛋白質(zhì)、粗纖維等。具有益心潤(rùn)肺,和脾健胃,益氣生津,補(bǔ)血養(yǎng)顏之功效。常吃能輕身延年,有益健康。1983年10月在北京經(jīng)專家評(píng)定,桐柏大棗以果大質(zhì)優(yōu)被評(píng)為中國(guó)第一大棗,并被載入《中國(guó)棗樹志》第一品類中。1995年9月,桐柏大棗榮獲“中國(guó)科技精品展覽會(huì)金獎(jiǎng)”,1996年被國(guó)家林業(yè)部確定為100項(xiàng)新成果推廣項(xiàng)目。目前,桐柏大棗已被北京、上海、山東、淅江等地廣泛引種。
Tongbai Chinese Dates
Tongbai Chinese Date is a quality breed having good development prospects. Its fruits are in similar-round and balanced shapes with small pits, thick and tender sarcocard, and sweet and succulent flavor. Fruits get mature in Late September.
Tongbai Chinese Date has high medical values. For example, it has medical functions of invigorating stomach, nourishing lung, replenishing blood, etc. It has been evaluated as the No.1 Chinese-date in China. In 1995, it won the golden medal in Chinese Science and Technology Excellent Exhibition. At present, Tongbai Chinese Dates has been introduced and cultivated widely in Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Zhejiang and many other places.
