虞城縣陳店集麻花,系景家祖傳,距今已有三百多年的歷史。陳店麻花,分甜、咸兩種。香甜酥脆,咽后無渣,炸出后可放兩月不回潮。其色澤金黃透亮,形狀似麻繩頭,故曰"繩頭麻花"。有精粉、純香油、純白糖和鹽堿面制成。工藝經過兌料、打花、兌水、和面、切劑、揉條、生品小油烹炸等七道工序。
陳店麻花盛名的由來,相傳是清朝康熙皇帝品南巡,路經景龐莊,聽見有人叫賣"景家麻花,又甜又香"康熙皇帝品嘗后,果然不錯。自此,列入御餐,年年進貢,景家麻花更名聲大振,生意興隆,代代相傳。景家原藉山東清平縣景龐莊,因遭災害,遷河南虞城縣陳店集安家落戶,故"景家麻花"改名"陳店麻花"。景譽名是麻花手藝創始人。今手藝已傳至七世孫景富民之手。現在產品暢銷北京、上海、陜西、廣東、深圳等地。

It’s said that Chendian fried dough twist earned its reputation in as early as Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty. On his travel way to the south, he heared someone was selling the Jingjia fried dough twist, he ate a little and gave a high praise. From then on, Jingjia fried dough twist began to make its tribute and set its position in food market. Besides, the making skill also began to pass on by the descendants of Jing. Due to the disasters, Jing family moved from Jingpang village, Qingping, Shangdong province to Chendianji, Yucheng, Henan province and settled down there. Thus, the fried dough twist is called Chendian Fried Dough Twist instead of Jingjia Fried Dough Twist. Jing Yuming was the founder of Chendian fried dough twist, and the cooking skill has been passed on to the seventh generations, Jing Fumin. Nowadays, the products made by his family have earned a big market in Beijing, Shanghai, Shanxi, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other many areas.
